She shakes and bangs her head at the window.
She spent too much time off the beaten track.
She’s locked up in her own body and so...

She's full of bruises, yet she always gets over.
No one really expects her to come back.
She took a one way ticket… let her go!

Because tonight, she looks like skin and bones,
She used to be so pretty. She used to be so jolly.
She’s so strange tonight. Tonight, she turns to stone;
somehow there is something magic about a life so tragic.

White flowers are withering in stagnant water.
She still believes her baby will come back.
There’s no return from the place down below.

Life is a bitch, a bitch from which no one will be delivered.
Sometimes she smiles and suddenly turns back
to talk to someone no one ever saw.


And so tonight, she floats like a stone,
She’s laughing like a monkey. She’s losing it completely. Now, she’s so strange tonight.
Tonight, she turns to stone; somehow there is something magic about a life so tragic.

Every night, she hears her daughter call.
She sees shadows moving across the walls.
She hears a voice but nobody is speaking

So she rolls naked on the floor.
She howls louder than the day before.
Nobody knows what's happening.
